Installing FFMPEG!
Got a dedicated box for FAST-NU Web what next is to move the entire web to the new server located at USA! and yeah there power supply never goes off !! 
and they have qualified server admins! 
Next thing was to install FFMPEG ! crashed it couple of times however i found a step by step
guide that really worked placed here
